Hey guys! Our patio drain is not draining…the standing water is two inches deep above the drain. Any clue as to how to remedy this?

Have you looked at the end where it drains? Most likely a rock or blockage at the end of the pipe.
Q:
The only accessible end of the pipe that I can examine is at the bottom of the hill, and it’s open.
A:
Usually capped at one end and 1.5″ white flex pipe at the other that may feed into the larger drain pipe. Must be something blocking at the end that feeds into larger pipe. Try forcing water through at the end with the hose or see if a wire coat hanger will bend enough to get you in there?
Update:
the coat hanger worked and dislodged debris that was plugging the pipe.
