Pool Fence

If you have a pool, you need a pool fence. The fence needs to pass the local safety code- at least 48″ high, no slats larger than 4″ wide, and no more than 4″ from the bottom edge of the fence to the ground. All gates must be self-closing and latching. All doors from the home that are within the gated area must also have door alarms installed to pass the code inspections.

If you are having Legendary Escapes build your custom swimming pool, we can install your fence during the build project. We recommend Fortress Iron Fence or Single Rail in black for most fence installations around your swimming pool. Black is a nice, clean finishing color for a pool fence. Fences are just necessary and we would not spend a lot of time or money installing them. It will not take away from the beauty of your custom pool (unless you choose a bright white paint, that can be distracting). The fence can be installed so it slops down/up around the pool if you are incorporating different elevations. The gates are built to code and would all have a self-closing hinge and self-latching mechanism per building codes.
