I had to replace the conduit to my pool light.
The conduit coming from inside the pool is brass. The conduit in the ground will be pvc. Both are smooth (no threads) Would a brass shark bite coupler be ok to use?

None of the electricians I have called seem to know about pool conduit.

If the shark bite is not ok, could you tell me what sort of coupler to get?
