To my knowledge there isn’t a current system for coping that would go above the waterline for you. A company tried a piece of vinyl contraption years ago to help lengthen the life of the liner, but not anything worth spending money on.
If you have any companies that use Tru-Tile from Latham Industries in your area there is a way to install real ceramic tile above the liner, it takes a special track and liner bead to do it, but it is possible. Probably quite a bit more expensive than expecting a liner replacement every 10-13 years though.
