I have a serious issue with the pool cover under water. Can you help me with any suggestions to get back in place?  I have a serious auto pool cover issue. It is under water due to a heavy rain I guess. Too much for my pool pump….. it is off the tracks and probably touching the bottom. Can you help me out with any suggestions?
