We have done a lot of work on our certain way here at Ask the Pool Guy. All of our people have the ability to carry our company certain way through all of the work that they do.
We have put in place a lot of opportunities to get feedback from our team members on the work that they enjoy the most, and the work that they will do, but don’t necessarily love.
All employees both managers and subordinates have abilities to get work done in a timely manner and up to a certain standard.
If your employees are getting board or tired with their current work, or you just want to increase productivity and on the job satisfaction/happiness, you can work on getting a better understanding of the issue.
Talk to your employees find out how they feel about their work that they are doing, both the good and the bad.
Then talk about how they think they could make their work better or spend their time more wisely. If you identify anything you can help with, jump in and make some changes.
Brainstorm with your team about other creative solutions and ideas to implement. When the entire team is involved, we have found our team is happy, our customers are happy and our company is a great place to work!
