Anti Slip For Undergroud pool

Hey!

I manage a local hotel and have a question that is sort of time sensitive.
We have a 5.5 foot indoor, in ground pool. I am trying to find out what I am able to use for traction on the steps, that can be applied without draining the water first. Currently, I have one side of the pool closed for entry and that seems to irk the entire soul of some guests.

Nothing will stick really well in an under water application. Gluing some tread down with a waterproof silicone may be an option, but having the steps addressed by someone who is familiar with your pool and how to prevent slipping is going to be the best option. Keep the steps brushed off, and have proper handrails/handholds in place in the meantime.
