I watched your video and you seem very smart about vinyl liner pools. I have had a Vinyl liner pool for the past 30 years & yes,I have had to change the liner 6 or 7 times during this period. My current problem is the 20 inch Galvanized steel has several rust spots. There is only 1 corner where the rust has taken off an outer layer of the galvanized 20 inch frame. I was wondering if I could sand off the rust & then glue new steel against the old steel? if so, would I have to paint the old galvanized steel before using an epoxy to glue new steel. what gauge of steel to use? I would appreciate any advise.
