Other than strategic patching if your liner is failing, there is not something you can put over it that will maintain it. EcoFinish is an excellent product, however it can’t replace a liner – it is used on gunite pool surfaces or fiberglass pool surfaces as the final surface for aesthetic purposes and cannot be used to waterproof a pool. It is also applied using heat, so it will melt surfaces not meant for the product.
