50 year old pool is concrete covered with fiberglass.
The fiberglass mat shows thru in many places,
The mat was moldy so I scrubbed it with bleach. The FG mat is light greem and shows in many places, has holes in other places
I repaired the places where the FG mat was missing with new mat and fiberglass resin.
I’m wanting to know what he white coating over it mat is made of.
I scrubbed the white coating with MEK in one spot and it was not affected at all.
I bought some white resin colorant at the marine supply store , but it does not give the resin much color hiding property.
We have not had any work done for 27 years on the pool.
The mat has come loose from the concrete in many places too.
What to do?
