High Alkalinity, High Stabilizer, High Hardness

I have a 13000 gallon inground pool in Phoenix AZ. Water is notoriously hard here. My alkalinity level is always high (240), stabilizer is high (300) and hardness is high (1000). Is there one product on the market that I can effectively use to bring these numbers more in line with what they should be? Since taking over my own pool care, the PH and chlorine are more in line with what they should be.
