Our pool was built in 2004. We decided to replace the vinyl liner, which exposed holes in the wall and floor. I can fix those but I don’t know how to replace the steps. They used too much sand and not enough cement under the steps. I can fill in the holes and smooth it off but how to put the new steps in? Thank you.
