I found your website while trying to find a company that repairs hybrid pools, which doesn’t seem to exist at least where I live. My husband and I purchased our home in 2015 which has a “custom” pool that was built in 1995, also referred to as an anomaly by the local pool service company. We are in need of tile and coping repair, and when I began to call around to the local pool companies I found out quickly that the vinyl people won’t work on it because they don’t do tile, and the gunite people won’t work on it because it has a liner. So my question for you is, who can help? Do you know anyone in the Western New York region (near Rochester) that repairs hybrid pools? If not, what is our best option for moving forward? Do we need a total renovation into a “standard” pool?
