Pool has late 70’s early 80’s aluminum coping. The corners no longer have a lip on the track. Would a vm-1 vertical track work to replace and how would I remove the old. Ie; oscillating tool etc

You can often use a surface mount coping and mount under the aluminum to the top of the wall if you are doing a liner renovation. Or, if it’s time for some patio renovation as well, replacing the coping with new is the best long term option. If you do need to remove coping I’d suggest doing it when the liner is being replaced so you don’t cause any additional damage to a liner.
