My Pentair Intellichlor is 4 years old. This year it has not been producing chlorine as well as in past years. Now the Salt Level Green light is flashing green even the salt level is slightly low (not high). It does not seem to be producing chlorine at all now. Does it need to be replaced or is it something else.
