I have 2 colors black/blue new pebble tec , the transition from one to the other was free handed making the lines uneven and not straight, I can not get any help, the widest width is one inch approx 30 feet of lines , level with tape ? level with a trowel ? paint? pebble tec ? apply with a brush? roller ? trowel, prep? acid clean? dry time?

I’d need to see a photo to better understand the reason for the two pebble tec colors? It may not be possible to do anything to remedy short of getting the company who installed it back out to give you some options. Any paint would not last long term and I’d avoid doing anything to the pool or finish that could cause further issue. Could you either send photos or elaborate a bit more?
