Hello,

I have watched your youtube videos trying to determine why my heater will not come on. First I confirmed there was power to the unit by using my tester and there is indeed current going in to the main unit. I checked the small fuse and it is not blown. I purchased a new switch membrane pad to see if that could be the issue and it was not. Next I purchased a new voltage transformer and that didn’t help either. Finally, I purchased a new control board and that didn’t solve the problem either.

I have learned a fair amount about the pool heater and how it works and would love to solve this issue myself if possible. Before I call for a service to repair, do you recommend trying anything else?
