We installed thermo rock pre mixed pool base last fall in our new pool. Due to the weather we did not get the liner installed. the winter took its toll and most of the pool base is spalled from freezing and thawing. Can you recommend the best repair solution? Can we just skim over? Should we use same pre mix or ???? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
