Hello, getting to replace our in ground pool liner. What is the ratio of vermiculite to Portland? It has been 24 years since I put the pool in and want to make sure I get it right.

Hi – there is a product you can buy – pre-mix or pool base. We also refer to it as hardbottom (which I understand is a term based on Canada). If that isn’t available it seems the mix is 2 bags vermiculite (assuming 40# bag) to 1 94# bag of portland.
