Removed tiles from around top pool edge

We removed old tile around top edge of fiberglass pool. We are now left with about 1 1/4” gap between pool and concrete overhang. Any suggestions as in caulking around it or perhaps some kind of cove to put around it?

Your best option would be to put another tile line to minimize the gap that you see visually. You can also try a bead of caulk in the gap, sometimes putting in a “backer rod” like is used in concrete could minimize the caulk moving, so you’d put the backer in, and then caulk over it for the final finish.
