We want to replace the tile in our built-in gunite pool and the Pool company says we should also do the coping, but, the coping is in good condition, no obvious cracks. Should we do both, or, just replace the tile and seal the coping?

You can typically replace tile without having to replace coping. However, if you ever want to replace the coping then the tile would also have to be redone because it’s almost impossible to replace coping without damaging the tile underneath. So could you just do the tile, yes. But then be prepared to have to do both if you ever want the coping done in the future.
