We have a Tru Tile system (6×6 tiles) which we love. It was installed in 2012. We now need to replace the liner and our pool guy was told by the Latham rep that it wasn’t installed correctly and will need to be torn out and just go with full liner. We are so very disappointed because we love the look. The liner began pulling away from the track a few years ago. The leaking has been manageable but our liner does need replaced. There aren’t any issues with the tile. There may be an issue with the track or how the track was installed but we aren’t sure. Do you know of an approved installer in Ohio? Our goal is to keep the Tru Tile system which we love. I watched your videos which gave us hope we could find a solution. Thank you very much.
