Good afternoon Pool Guys,

We are replacing some cracked and missing tiles around our pool. Wondering what the material is between the top of the tile and below the coping around the perimeter of the pool? Its hard and gray. Is it mortar, concrete or some other material. Any insight or guidance you can provide is much appreciated.
