If you have organic stains you can try two different things. You can use a product called StainFree that will help lift certain stains off a liner, it is formulated to remove metal stains, but I have had success removing organic stains as well.You can also use liquid chlorine in those areas and it should help to treat. Depending on how long the stains have been on the liner, there may be no remedy, but if you get to them relatively quickly it should be treatable.
