Calling your service provider will happen normally at least two or three times a year for most homeowners. Of course you will need to call for your opening and closing of course but then something of your equipment might not be working. Normally your service provider will be more then happy to help you with any questions, but before you call them you can always reference other sources like websites, and owners manuals! At Ask the Pool Guy we make sure to provide you with as much information as possible in every way so if it is something small and simple that you can achieve, we want you to be able to do that! For other things though that are too big for you to handle like when your heater is not working, and you have tried all the problem solving solutions call your service provider they should be able to diagnose the problem if not in person sometimes even over the phone or with pictures of your equipment.
