I HAVE 3 PICS I WOULD LIKE TO SEND TO YOU. THE OUTSIDE WALL OF MY POOL GOT RUSTY CRACKS AND I TAPED OVER THEM WITH DUCT TAPE AND THEN BLACK FLEX TAPE AND NOW THE WALL IS BULGING OUT LIKE IT IS READY TO EXPLODE. WHAT HAS CAUSED THE BULGING?
