My intelichlor ic20 has all green lights on it during normal operation. When I press and hold the more option it runs through the diagnostic lights and low salt is red, cold water is red, and cell is green. Then simultaneously the flow and cold water flow flash together. My water never has chlorine. Water stays clear as long as I add chlorine manually. Is my cell bad?
