My Pentair Intelechlor IC40 is not producing any chlorine. all the lights on the unit are a steady green, I ran a diagnostic on it and everything came up good. I run my pump and generator for 12 hours a day and have the unit set to 80%. I have a 15,000 gallon pool and my chlorine level is approximately .5 to 1 ppm.
