We have purchased a hard side above ground pool (15 ft round) have seen conflicting instructions on whether it needs pavers under it or not.

To install a pool you’ll want to excavate and level the ground. Depending on the manufacturers directions you likely don’t need pavers under it if you do the prep of the area per their instructions.
