I have an in ground vinyl lined pool. My water test showed .9ppm of iron. I was recomended to use EZ lor Metal Magnet which is an ETIDRONIC ACID. My questions are: Is this the proper product to use? As this is a chealting agent, do I need to clean my cartridge filter elements after 24-48 hours? I appreciate any advice you may be able to provide.
