We just had our gunite pool resurfaced, new tile and new coping. Within 24 hours of resurfacing the pool, leaves fell and stained the inside of the pool as well as the coping. Also, we had steps mounted into the side of the pool to get out of deep end and they did not replace them. My question is, is there any hope to get staining out of pool and off coping? If so, how? Is this something I hold them accountable for? And can the steps be put in after the resurfacing is complete.
