Skimmer Replacement/water behind liner

Hello,
My skimmer got water in it over the winter and cracked. I had my local pool company come out and replace the skimmer. After it was replaced, I noticed it was leaking, so the next day, the guy comes back out and said the gasket had rolled. Corrected and left. Later, notice it was still leaking, so they sent a different guy. The skimmer was then completely replaced again (which he pulled the liner off the wall near the skimmer, the 1st guy didn’t do that). The next morning, I get a call from the 2nd guy, and he said he noticed that water was behind my liner and said once I started filling the pool, that water would push out at the skimmer because it has nowhere else to go. He said that is possibly where the leak was coming from after they came the 2nd time and fixed the gasket. From everything I am reading, water behind the liner will not leak out. It is leaking underneath the skimmer. I just don’t know what else to do. They’ve been out 3 days in a roll to change and fix leaks and I don’t know if the leak now is from the skimmer or if it is from the water that he said he saw behind my liner.

Did you replace the liner at the same time they replaced the skimmer? You may need to start over again, make sure the skimmer was installed correctly and replace the liner as well. We wouldn’t do just a skimmer replacement on a vinyl liner pool with out planning to replace the liner as well.
