How difficult would it be to replace the coping in an inground vinyl pool due to decking erosion making the coping uneven? Ground is eroded from under concrete deck effecting half the corners and one wall. I have pics if there’s a way to send them. I have contacted 3 different pool guys that say they will send an estimate but never do. Located in Ohio. House is in a trust for handicapped brother.
Depending on how the pool was constructed it can be fairly simple to really complex.
The coping is often the piece that sits on the top of the pool wall. It can be combined with the liner track, or it can be separate. Depending on the type, it can be secured in place with the patio that was poured on top of it. This post explains a few different types of coping and construction.
