If you are getting a low salt reading, first test your salt level with a salt test strip and compare to the reading you are getting from your salt water equipment (if you have an automation panel or control panel that will give you this information).

Next, clean the cell to make sure nothing is interfering with the reading such as scale.

If the cell is not getting a proper level reading consult with the manufacturer for further troubleshooting or to determine if you will need to replace any of your equipment.
