I have a 16X32 vinyl pool in Maine. I have a Hayward EcoStar variable Speed pump with a Sand Filter with 2 inch lines, two widemouth skimmers and two returns. I keep my pump on 12hrs timing but I’m not sure what which speed to be at and if it should change. For example 6 on high, 6 on low.

How do I know which what to put it on without putting unnecessary strain on the system? I would like to utilize the VSP but don’t know which settings to use. Hayward is not helpful as I can’t get a hold of them.
